Robur, first in Europe in air-conditioning business, gets the ISO 9001 - Vision 2000 certification.
Robur obtain the Vision 2000 certification on May 7th, 2001, few months later than norm issue and in advance on obligatory dead line (December 31st, 2003) for ISO 9001 certified companies.
This award confirms Robur commitment in continuing improvement of products quality and customer service.
What is Vision 2000?
The VISION 2000 norms, defined as third generation, are the expression of the evolution of industrial systems and Quality Systems.
The main aspects of this evolutionary process can be summaries as:
- gradual moving of the attention from the characteristics of the product/service to the organizational aspects;
- gradual moving of the barycentre from warranty procedure to prevention;
- substantial change of the approach from punctual / functional to "systemic";
- acquisition of the awareness of the need of making prevention and improvement, of using the Client-Supplier reasoning, of considering the activities as processes, of considering the Quality System as a net of processes (network).
In Robur the four fundamental processes of the new approach to the System of Quality Management are emphasized:
- Responsibility of the Management;
- Management of the resources;
- Management of the processes;
- Measurements, analysis and improvement.
