Egatec 2011 - European gas technology conference
Gas Innovation for a Greener Europe
May 12-13, 2011, Hotel Scandic, Copenaghen, Denmark
Natural gas will continue to increase its position as a major fuel in the European energy mix in the foreseeable future and will play an important role in the creation of a less carbon intensive energy system. The conference examines how natural gas and other energy gases (e.g. biomethane) combine to create a greener gas system without relaxing strict requirements on security of supply, efficiency and safety. Subjects like smart gas, bio-methane, CCS, new end-use technology, and pipeline safety are treated.
