We are looking for people coming from the HVAC market and willing to take up this challenge with us - and getting onboard asap!

Position Summary:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales representative network and promoting technology to companies across North America with primary focus in continental U.S.
  • You will help to increase sales volume through a variety of account activities including exceptional customer support and conveying of technical knowledge utilizing sound business development and marketing strategies.
  • This is an outside position with 30-40% travel expected annually. The candidate for this position can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • development and expansion of product representatives in specific markets primarily in the continental U.S. though some travel across North America will be required.
  • Initial sales training of product representatives and sales personnel, product presentations, establish, develop and support product representatives, preparation of equipment proposals.
  • Identifying and developing new business with existing customers and sales network.
  • Develop and manage new leads by participating in trade industry conferences and exhibits while promoting the company’s technology and communicating with customers to discuss, quote and sell company products.
  • Assist Sales manager with special projects, reports and sales and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HVAC market is strongly requested.
  • General understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.
  • General computer skills with proficiency in Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Communication skills including public speaking and proficiency in discussing technical aspects with mechanical engineering community.
  • Associate degree or greater in comparable field.
