Telema S.p.A., established in 1975 by the Fornari family, specializes in producing electrical resistors for the railway and industrial sectors.
Over recent years, the company has faced growing challenges, particularly due to severe discomfort caused by inadequate heating during winter and excessive heat during summer, significantly impacting working conditions.
Despite introducing special summer working hours, internal temperatures remained critical, negatively affecting the wellbeing and productivity of the company's over 200 employees. This highlighted the urgent necessity for an efficient system capable of ensuring thermal comfort throughout all seasons.
Robur solution
To address these critical issues, Telema chose to install the Robur e-NextPro direct expansion integrated system, as recommended by DM Idrosanitaria di Maggi.
The decision was also influenced by the existing photovoltaic installations on the roofs of both the newer and historical facilities, allowing for effective and sustainable energy integration.
