Our commitment to digital accessibility

ROBUR S.p.A. is working to optimise the accessibility of the website https://www.robur.com in order to improve the browsing experience for all users, including people with disabilities, older people, people who have difficulty carrying out activities such as reading, writing and calculating, and/or people with limited language skills. Our objective is to provide customers with easy access to information about the company's products and services and to offer a smooth and inclusive browsing experience.

What we are doing to improve digital accessibility

We have started an accessibility assessment using the W3C international WCAG 2.1/WCAG 2.2 standards as a reference and, together with our digital partners, we are working to remove any accessibility issues. The assessment involves a team made up of digital accessibility specialists and people with different disabilities, who browse the website using assistive technologies.

To carry out these activities, we have chosen to work with Yeah!, a social cooperative committed to the social and employment inclusion of people with disabilities, which has issued the statement of commencement of activities reproduced below.

  • your name and contact details so that we can get back to you;
  • the address (URL) of the web page and the sections/functions/components of the website where you encountered an accessibility issue;
  • a brief description of the issue encountered;
  • a brief indication of how you browse the web (e.g. using a screen reader or other assistive technology, together with the browser, operating system and device used).
