Year-round comfort and performance with a 100% heat pump hybrid gas-electric solution
Agardi s.r.l.

Customer needs
Agardi S.r.l., a company operating in the medium-light metal carpentry sector, was looking for an efficient and technologically advanced solution for heating and cooling its production facilities. The goal was clear: to ensure maximum comfort for employees in all seasons, while simultaneously improving the building’s overall energy efficiency.
With the expansion of the production site, it became necessary to comply with current regulations regarding energy savings and the use of renewable sources. However, one of the main challenges was the limited availability of electrical power, which made it difficult to adopt traditional high-consumption systems.

The Robur Solution
Engineer Gabriele Spini, based in Crema and specialized in industrial construction, supported Agardi S.r.l. in selecting the system. After a thorough analysis of the company’s needs and surrounding conditions, an ideal hybrid solution was identified in collaboration with Robur: a system combining a gas heat pump and an electric heat pump — Robur Hybrid.
This technology made it possible to meet regulatory requirements related to renewable energy, without upgrading the existing electrical supply, thanks to integration with the gas network. In addition, the system was designed to allow for future integration with a photovoltaic plant, making the investment even more sustainable in the long term.
The installation was carried out by Omar Temporali from Idroenergie, based in Chieve (CR), who oversaw the project through every phase, from planning to system activation.
The fully preassembled Robur unit required only positioning and connection to the system — a simple and fast procedure, with no need for additional components.
The Benefits
The adoption of Robur technology brought significant operational and management benefits. First and foremost, the system ensures optimal indoor conditions within the warehouse, improving employee comfort both in summer and winter.
From a technical standpoint, the system’s modularity and reliability allow for flexible management of daily heating and cooling needs, optimizing energy consumption and reducing operating costs.
The system also features active remote monitoring, managed directly by Robur, enabling continuous performance control and fast intervention when needed. Equally essential was the technical and commercial support provided throughout every stage of the project — from initial consulting to system commissioning — ensuring a smooth and seamless implementation.
The feedback from the client, the designer, and the installer confirms the success of the choice: Robur delivered a tailor-made solution, technologically advanced, reliable, and ready to meet future energy challenges.
