Flexi Park Prague is a modern complex aligned with current trends in the rental property sector. It consists of a central two-storey building, multiple parking spaces, and landscaped areas. The rental units are designed for multifunctional purposes, combining retail, administrative, and storage uses.
Robur Solution
Two preassembled units, comprising a total of 6 Robur GAHP A gas absorption heat pumps, were installed on the rooftop to supply both space heating and domestic hot water.
Advantages
- Full flexibility thanks to the modular configuration, which allows heating to be provided only where, when, and as much as needed, matching the required thermal and cooling loads.
- High efficiency, ensuring lower annual operating costs.
- 68,331 kWh/year of renewable energy used.
- CO2 emissions reduced by 23 tonnes annually compared to a traditional heating system.
- Robur heat pumps require only 5 kW of electricity, saving around 80 kW compared to an electric-based alternative.
- A complete heat pump solution using natural refrigerant (ammonia), with zero environmental impact (GWP = 0, ODP = 0).
